Comments
Fragments of scattered Roman finds gave reason to investigate this possible settlement site.

Despite the good conditions on the survey area (B), the raw data image (C) showed extremely strongly fluctuating compaction lines along the measurement tracks.

After correcting these horizontal compaction lines (A + D), no secure foundation structures could be identified.

It is unclear whether the close proximity of several high-voltage pylons (B) produced the unusual line effect.
