Comments
In autumn 2015, a test prospection was carried out on an area of 30m x 52m on behalf of the State Archaeology. The reason for this was an unclear finding from the year 1990 on an aerial photo by Rolf Gensheimer, on which the presumed remains of a building were recognizable. The aerial photo was provided.

The anomalies recognizable on the surveyed surface show only rudimentary area matches with the aerial photo, but give no indication of preserved walls or spatial divisions.

The prospecting results exclude a building with a high probability. However, aerial photography and geoelectrics clearly show an intervention in the ground.

It is possible that these are clay extraction pits that are common in the region.
